Description
We supply continuous filament long strand veils and reinforcements which can be used in a wide variety of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) applications. The unique method of manufacture means that our materials have the following specialist features for GRP mouldings:
- Our Conformat range can easily be shaped to follow the contours of deep moulds
- The mono-filament nature of our materials means that surface finishes are significantly higher
- Improved wet-out times as our materials absorb resins via a mono-filament hydroscopic affect
Additionally we supply a range of glass fibre surfacing veils from 40gm to 100gm per m2. Once again these veils improve the surface finish dramatically particularly in pultruded components where gel coats are not being used.
