Air Filtration

Description

Our products are used in a wide range of air filtration applications, the main categories being paint spray collection (spray booth applications) and HVAC systems (typically panel filters). The main items offered are as follows:

a. Paint Spray Booth paint overspray (Paint Stop)

– a wide range of medias ranging in thickness of 1”/25mm up to 4”/100mm. Our medias are produced to a high quality and manufactured on the world’s largest Modigliani plant located in the USA.

b. HVAC Applications (Panel Filters)

– used in most panel filter applications where a disposable pre filter panel is required to remove coarse particulates from the air stream and therefore protecting more expensive finer filters in the air flow. We apply a unique non paraffin based adhesive to the material to significantly improve the dust holding performance of this material.

c. Pleated media for manufacture for panel filter

– We also manufacture pleated media for air filtration applications, this is supplied in boxes ready for customers to manufacture panel filters, we can supply the following grades and widths in any combination:
